Whos best for sending parcels ?...........

Currently I use Parcels2go there a good price and pick up from our office, but many a time they have forgot to pick up from us and come a day later. I keep swearing never to use them again, but I always do.

Is there any competition out there for them ? I would not mind trying another parcel service out, Royal mail are nearly double the price of parcel2go (even though they are a lot bigger, does not make sense) My parcels weigh under 6KG and are in boxes a bit bigger than a microwave

use Parcelforce. If you are sending in any bulk, contact their accounts department and talk to them about collections and discounts. Overall, for service and safety/tracking they are probably unbeatable. I use them daily.

Don't use Parcel Force! We had lots of very bad experiences with them and would not recommend them ever! (Parcels went missing every week gaurenteed)
I moved to Initial city Link and they have been fab. Low price and double money back if they don't deliver on time (only once in 1 year)

Thanks for the reply's, a few years ago parcelforce lost my snowboard, I actually had to go to the local depot where it was last tracked and show them what it looked like, suppose it was similar shape to a tv, that's why i dont use them now.

Parcels2go have annoyed me by not collecting on a few occasions, suppose you get ups and down with any carrier, but i will try one i have not used before, its not like i send thousands each time though.

www.postvan.com and they send the closest company that is available I beleive at the rate that you select.

We call them Parcel Farce at our place as they are so consistently bad!!

We use APC, UPS, DHL, and all are great.

Not tried TNT but they have hassled me loads to try them.

Maybe rather than just using one courier, set up accounts with a couple so you can try each one out.
