Is it me, or has Google changed layouts?

Google now has links to the left of the search results, and sponsored ads added to the bottom of the results page as well.

What do you think of the new layout?

Not sure myself.

Has changed back now, very peculiar, I should have taken a screen shot.

There is anew layout which is poping up now and again. Its been going on a while and nobody is sure if they are testing it or if it will become the norm.
