Business name / copyright issues?

I was thinking along the lines of opening a new business selling ipods and their accessories. I had thought of the very ovious name; 'theipodstore', however would using this name have any copyright issues with Apple UK?

I think you will be ok...

They're alot of other stores along the same name as you suggesting.

Not that it makes anything legally correct tho.

why only focus on the ipod and not expand it a tiny bit and offer other music mp3 players and accessories?

then you can alter you name to something like erm

music on the go

pod-along (sticking with just the ipod)
