Large hygenic wet wipes please

I'm sure everyones familiar with em. baby wipes,make up wipes and now they supply em with Always.

Need wet wipes of about 1 square foot, have to be cleansing wipes and fragranced. I also need the same size but dry. Have to be bio-degradable and enviromentaly friendly. Company will need to be able to package them as well.

Any ideas?

Asked the question, its not really up their street I'm afraid. Purely Industrial wipers and cleaners.
