someone with fire-video production

Hi All
I am in the process of putting together a new busines and part of it is low cost high volume video production. I wanted to hand this side of the business to a third party/partner to control.

I found someone locally but I have to keep chasing him to do things. He has not got that fire in his belly, I can not just leave him to get on with his job.

Any suggestions? Other than to wire him to the national grid.
