Most high street banks refer you to either Streamline (Natwest, etc) or Barclays equivalent.

We offer an online service, where you use your PC not a swipe machine. This can be cheaper and easier to obtain.

On the subject of carrier bags, then is depends what you are after. Are you looking for printed or just plain ones? A good company that supplies retail consumables is Bunzl (http://www.bunzldisp.com), but they may require a large volume purchase.
