whast the difference between 300gsm and 350gsm - is there much difference at all?

I know there are a lot of printers on this forum - I am wondering if anyone is able to produce batches of 100-200 flyers on 300-350gsm at a good price, given that there will be at least 1000 ordered. There is a high possibility this would be an ongoing and growing reraltionsip - so pitch at will...
