It's a free seminar (but you have to register to attend) run by Beyond Bricks.

The event starts at 4pm and according to the agenda it will touch on:

* How effective is online marketing in comparison with more traditional methods such as advertising and direct marketing?

* What cost-effective marketing tactics can fledgling entrepreneurs employ to get maximum value out of limited marketing spend?

* What are the next steps entrepreneurs should take in developing their online marketing strategy?

through this thread I got interested in attending this event and I have to say, I was very very disappointed by the speakers.

Having hoped for a deep inside into Internet Marketing the only thing they were talking about was Search Engine Optimisation and one of the speakers was completely out of picture.

This took all my motivation for future events, but maybe people could change my mind with some nice, interesting and helpful events they attended to.

well, you know, it always depends on what you're looking for. I thought it was really good, the info was pretty much what I was looking for and the food afterwards too . I'll defintely go to more if there are any.
