where to start

i'm 21 years old and would really love to open my own bar, really funky and fresh, only a few problems - i've never done a mangement course, low on money and have no idea where to start. Want to start putting some serious plans together but feel abit lost.
any help or advice welcome.

Not to put you off but there is a huge amount of capital needed for this type of venture.
