H Ibrahim, I love the concept. I haven't come across any teen based job site. I think the advise given by Richard.curran will help you a lot especially with ideas on sourcing jobs and marketing the service.

The only thing I would like to add is set up a blog and link to the site. I will recommend using wordpress although there are other options e.g tumblr, posterous etc, Then write articles for Teens on topics related to finding work, interviews, CV's, work experience etc. You can share your experience or hire an expert to write some of the specialist topics.

Finally integrate the Blog and website. Submit Blog RSS feeds and articles to increase traction.

In your business plan don't forget to write about your marketing strategy. Identify competitors and it is important to have a unique selling point that sets you apart from the rest.
