T's & C's and Privacy Policys
Hi Guys,

I need to get some Terms and Conditions and a Privacy Policy on my site.
How do i go about getting them?
Do i have to use a soliciter, are they openly available on the web, or can i just poach one of another site?

Help Pleassse!!!
