Satellite Broadband

This is a techy question for me but may be of use to a number of people on the road a lot, organising events for example.

I've heard of broadband on satellite and know of other options for the office like renting a leased line and sharing it among say 50 houses in your road or block of flats etc but I am really interested in broadband on the move.

Is it possible and realistic to turn a double decker bus in to an office with a bedroom and kitchen type thing upstairs AND HAVE A BROADBAND INTERNET CONNECTION?

Obviously I could Wi-Fi on occaisions but what other options do I have.
