I am interested in producing a similar website to youtube(on the same scale)

i need to have useful tips on howto starting off, and what should i consider... i am abit confused in where to start off... is youtube made in dreamweaver? wordpress? ...really need some guidance

need a solid well constructed site...i want to build it in the summer lol... the whole summer
