Business Loan

Does anybody have any experience in business loans?

I'm looking to get a bank loan of around 100,000 to start up an internet cafe come internet gaming centre. I'm pretty much broke at the moment in terms of savings or cash flow, but I do have a mortgage on a house that I co-own with my dad, however I don't really want to use it as security. Are my chances of getting this cash without putting anything in myself nil or just rediculous?
