'Commission Only' sales rep?

Hi All,

Any ideas how I'd contract with someone on a "commission only" basis. I'm starting a new company and really don't want/can't afford to be employing someone at the moment. I'm keen to work on a commission only basis and offer some great commissions to local people who can work from home and be telesales reps.

I've looked everywhere for ideas on how I go about this and whether it's possible to do - it must be as I think it's common - any ideas?
