Hi Mentors

I have outsourced the filling (or fulfilment as I have called it) of my vending machines to regional operators. Like franchises I guess but they haven't paid and I am in control

I have my first partner and I am writing a contract. I am not sure how to write one fully and what should be said.

Can I show you my first attempt and get some feedback?
