Looking okay... I would say:

1) Needs more 'stuff' down the left hand side
2) Needs more OOMPHH!!! up the top... nothing really stands out and says 'HEY!! THIS SITE IS HOT' and for a modelling site I would expect something DAMN HOT!

Looks good. I do agree there needs to be more 'stuff' at the top. If your going for a model site if your really good you could create the whole thing in flash or you could just download a really good template from www.templatebox.com and that would make your site have that good look to it. As a model website it needs to be good looking. But if you dont have time to do all that, just change a few things on your website, it looks good as it is.

As above really - it doesn't jump out at me. Seams very information based with not enough visual impact which I'd expect from a model related site.

A quick improvement would be to change the whole top dark red banner to something with more visual impact - a montage of a few different quality fashion photos styled with a good logo that also has impact. Might be a good idea to speak to Eagle?
