Scientific Computer Startup seeks help

Hello,

I wish to develop an innovative technique for optimising computational performance on asymetric multicore systems.

To help with this a suitable "loaner" ibm cell-blade system is required as a research and development platform. (Ideally current silicon at or near the top level of performance would be best and more asymetric cores are better).
