I am in need of a new iPhone and Android application to be developed. I am a PHP/MYSQL developer by trade and have been coding websites for around 6 years. I am in need of a talented app developer to create an application that I have in mind.

I do iPhone development, but I don't unfortunately do Android right now. Is Android a requirement? I will PM you to find out more.

Is it essential to have the app available offline?
If not, (as in you can view it when online / wifi etc) then why not build it based on a website but with a fluid / responsive layout. That way it will rescale to work on any mobile device.

Let me know if you need help. Ive built apps for iphone, android as well as responsive websites.
