Computer is driving me crazy!

I'm having trouble connecting my Laptop to my TV, so i can watch a vid on my laptop on the tv screen.

I connect the S-video from the laptop to the tv, and 'transfer the image (ctrl + f8)but...nothing!

The laptop screen goes blank, and nothing appears on the tv. I've gone through all the channels, turned everything on and off many times, and still nothing. Any ideas?

I had it working a couple of weeks ago, but now it's decided to sack me off.

What laptop and what pc are you using??

On your TV do you have an 'AV' button perhaps pressing this or maybe the 0 button a couple of times will bring up your computer display...

Lol, yep, another random post!

Anyway, I managed to get it sorted. I found a tiny button near the control panel on the tv, pushed this a few times,and the screen appeared!

Thank god for that!
