Hi all, my name is James, I am 17 and live in Wales. Unfortuantely, my study time takes up most of my social time, though I am planning on setting up some kind of online shop or something before I create a proper business. If anyone has any pointers, please reply.

What goods will your shop sell?

I will start off selling second hand goods i.e electricals and hardware etc. then start to include some of my own designs and gadgets! I hope to have my own AMSTRAD one day! lol! *dreams with starry eyes*

Hi James. Let me start off by giving you the most important thing when setting up an online shop

Make sure you have a good website that is 'user friendly'. If it looks homemade you wont make any sales not matter how good or cheap your products are.

There are plenty of good web designers out there, including on this forum! I always find it useful by browsing their portfolio.

Thank you very much for your advice. I will bear this in mind. I have friends who could probably design me a website for a low cost aswell so...it's not what you know...lol.
