Why is there never any replies?

I havent asked them a question but just looking through it theres never any replies to peoples questions

I'm not sure how many mentors Shell LiveWIRE has tbh.

Alot of the questions asked to the mentors are put here, and normally they're answered fairly quickly.

The thing with the mentor system is people are looking for the "right" answer, so most mentors will only answer questions they have the answers for.

On the forum tho, more people are likely to take a punt in helping you find the information you need. Plus, many more people use the forum on a daily basis.

I emailed my question rather than posting publicly and received a really helpful reponse within a week from Sharon. I agree with Martin - if you want a quick response to something, you're best posting in this forum as there are more people around. The downside though is that the people here might be angling for a sale or might not have the necessary experience to back up their advice. Take what you read with a pinch of salt.

I'm one of the mentor's and i do try and answer most questions, but sometimes i just don't have the time....
All of the mentor's volunteer their time, we don't get paid for it.
So i'm affraid we try and answer questions if and when we can.

Posting questions on this forum will proberbly get answered alot quicker.
