What factors would convince you [to buy/not to buy] from a kids toys website?

any opinions would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!

A few things I look out for when purchasing online are, price, web site (the design tends to reflect the company) deliverly and payment provider. (merchant account: Worldpay, Sec Pay...etc)

I would not pay a company via Paypal or Nochecx.

Good description and picture. Dimensions, materials, stated age range, delivery routes and prices, secure payment, a telephone number and address to chase up delays unless it can be monitored online, oh and obviously price to some extent.
