Sharing Business Idea

Hi,

How could anyone protect their idea from being duplicated. I always ask for some advice from people who are experience in the business field, lets say forum like this however I'm little concern about disclosing the whole business idea.

For instance I know someone whom I've just started having in contact with re: advice on my business and they've just asked me to email them some draft correspondence I've done so they can have a look and make some improvement if need be.

Any views???

Try and search for a NDA (Non-disclosure Agreement) on the web. You can probably find one that you can tailor to your company or product allowing you to talk to companies in detail knowing that you are legally protected.
