Hi I'm only 15 and I'm planning to launch my company, which will be called "PC-Choice". I will soon have to employ a more mature person for a task I need to be handled, which is phone support for my consumers. However I am worried about how I'm going to get an adult to work for me, as no one will take me serious of my age.
What do you suggest?

Hi Erel,

You could always outsource the work to the likes of a Virtual PA, who would work from their own home and take your calls, etc.
