Hi Guys,

I need to send out application forms to 100 or so people who are interested in become self-employed consultants for my company.

My problem comes as my excel is very shabby and I cant create the forms myself.

Does anybody know anywhere online that I can create these forms and print them off to send to the applicants for little or no cost?

I can do them. Depending on complexity about £25 design but of course I would need to see it.

Sending out can easily be done yourself or you would look to pay £1 a form I reckon.

Yyou can use Word to create application forms

I have done many an application form that can either be printed and posted or filled in through Word.
