Hi,
We have just set up a small company that distributes cider made with apples we grow on the farm (we currently send the apples to England and have them made into cider and ship the product back in a ready to sell format).
Do we need a licence to sell the product direct to the public at markets and shows as we are based in Northern Ireland? I have heard I need a retailers licence, but can't find anymore info on this.
As far as I am aware I do not need a licence to sell into the trade, is this correct?
Can you advise me on where I would find more info on this?
Thank you.
