Terms and Conditions

I am thinking about developing some Terms and Conditions for my business.

I am a Sole Trader currently, and have been for 1.5 yrs. I am aware that many ltd companies have T+Cs, is it appropriate for a Sole Trader? And also is it legal?

My main reason for doing this is to help avoid disputes with late payments.
