How to startup an ebay business

I want to start a business advertising products on ebay then use drop shippers in the USA to send the products to the customers. What do i need to trade with drop shippers and what do i legally need to start this business?

I have no idea about working with drop shippers, but to trade legally you will have to register with the Inland Revenue within three months of starting trading:

Obviously, a web search will also bring up alot of useful information about US drop shippers.
