I'm 16 years old, a UK resident, and have been doing contract work for some time now. I would like to form a business, and employ (or if necessary, sub-contract) people to help with the increasing workload.
How will my limited contractual capacity (being under 18) affect this, and what other restrictions will I have? I have already come across the problem of being too young to open a business bank account.
