I have a strong idea, a solid and flexible business plan, and all my company logistics set to go.

The only problem is I have to secure my final investment. I want to be able to present the full business plan, but I don't want to give the idea to an investor on a plate so that they can go away and do it for themselves.

I've thought of NDA's - but what I want is something water-tight. Any ideas?

If you want something that's watertight then steal the money otherwise no-one will lend or invest any money without knowing what it's for.

There was another posting on here recently regarding Confidentiality Agreements (NDA's). None of them are really watertight but reputable people do stick to them.
