i want to set up a maintence company money isnt the prob is there any rules or reglu that i have follow to set it up i will be dealing with plumb, eletric and building work probly everything.

You will need to check with your local authority about local regulations. However what i would say is that most people want to deal with reputable firms and therefore you should look at joining the Master Builders Federation or similar.
