tax relief?

i am thinking of setting up a company that provides packs to mums containing everything they need for labour and and a new born baby. Some of the profits i would make (anything up to 10%?) i would like to put back into the community by providing a very basic FREE baby pack to under priviledged pregnant women - does this charitable aspect of the company change the way i would register and/or provide any tax relief or government funding?
