ideal florist shop- need funding!!! help!!!!

With Months of searching i finally found my ideal florist shop. good position, good, growing community, good income and a fantastic scope for expansion! Only problem is im a few grand below the asking price anyone with any ideas??????? need help, please!

Great news you have found the shop you need!

Do you have a business partner who could help? Could you ask the bank? Alternatively you could ask your business adviser if there is any local funding avaialable. Access the section on the shell-livewire site called funding - you will need to register first in the 'your account ' section and this will generate your contact detisl for a business adviser in your area.
