Hi, i have been running a local business for around 2 years. It has consisted of being a local computer handyman basically. I am now ready to expand to the internet. I am full of ideas and have had my business plan approved by all of the many contacts i have in the industry. Being 15 (nearly 16) i find it VERY hard to be taken seriously. I have tried to find out about getting products at lower prices to sell but this seems to be an almost impossible task. Does anyone know such a company that sells cheaper products for businesses? If i have to get a business account (under my dads name) I suppose this could be possible. Thanks for your help in advance,

Daniel,
The margins on computer kit are really **** anyway – not a market I would touch with the preverbal ****** stick. There are unfortunately heaps of teenagers out there approaching wholesalers to buy equipment, so people will tend to be dismissive as they get 10 dreamers knocking on their door each week.
The main way to do it, is to go to a wholesaler and buy in bulk. You will probably need a parent to sign all the contracts etc as you are too young to sign in your own right.
Quite frankly unless you are buying £1000's of kit a week I would just buy everything from Dabs, mark it up 20% to your customers and be done with it.
