If you are aged 16-30 and living in the UK, then you can register with Shell LiveWIRE and receive an Essential Business Kit (EBK), which containa two booklets on conducting market research and writing a business plan, and a factsheet on how to start up your particular business (Security Agency). The factsheet will include information on legal issues, etc. In addition, you will receive your username and password for certain parts of our website, and the contact details for your local Shell LiveWIRE Co-ordinator, with whom you can arrange an appointment to discuss your ideas.
