Ive created a rather snazzy tool to let you create a quiz/questionnaire on your site in a few simple steps.
Basically, you fill out a form, then copy the code and paste into a page and upload - thats it - a quiz in a few minutes.

and you can use it as many times as you want. The quizzes can be about any subject and they are a great way of attracting new people to your site - it also keeps them for longer ;-)
Also, its a great thing to mention in forums - "How much do you know about xxxx" etc.
and.......
you can also use the quizes in an email - so you can send out fun quizes to clients or potential clients.
