Can anyone help I'm looking for some PR work being done to promote my business. Can't afford to pay a great deal but quite willing to be guinea pig for someone starting up who needs to build up portfolio of clients.

pr = public relations

basically, its promoting the business/brand to the public. this could be done through the media (press releases, adverts etc), events such as trade shows etc etc
