Gambling Licenses?

Hi All! I'm not a newbie to this site but have to confess I haven't posted for a long while now.......

Anyway - Would anyone happen to know whether or not you need a Gambling License to run a 'Fantasy Football League'? (Presumably most people have a least heard/seen these and no doubt some of you have taken part in one.)

If so, any info on this would be appreciated, or if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be good.
