2011 Shell LiveWIRE Young Entrepreneur of the Year Final 8 Announced!

We are pleased to announce the 'Hot 40 (http://www.shell-livewire.org/business-library/shell-livewire-events/shell-livewire-live-2011/hot40-2011/)' shortlist for our £10,000 Shell LiveWIRE Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2011.

Each of the young entrepreneurs below has already won one of our monthly £1,000 Shell LiveWIRE Grand Ideas Awards between Jan-Aug 2011 and is now in the running for the top prize which will be awarded at the UK final on 9th November.

Over the coming weeks, a team of independent judges will narrow the list down to a 'Final 8' who will appear before a panel of judges (http://www.shell-livewire.org/business-library/shell-livewire-events/shell-livewire-live-2011/judges/) at Shell Centre in London on 8th November. The overall winner will then be announced at the Shell LiveWIRE LIVE! (http://www.shell-livewire.org/business-library/shell-livewire-events/shell-livewire-live-2011/) event the following evening.

The top 8 are amazing. I am most interested in the two renewable energy companies. Its great what we young people come up with all these solutions...
