Hi,
I'm just starting to look into a potential new direction for my business and purchasing property in the alps. Does anyone have any experience with this, or could suggest any banks that are good to approach for commercial mortgages that can be used to buy property in Europe. I've spoken to a couple of banks and there doesn't seem to be much appetite in the market for this sort of loan.
If it is difficult to get finance does anyone have any thoughts on setting up a company abroad to access local financial markets?
