Hi everyone,

if you, or anyone you know works for a Third Sector organisation (i.e. a charity, voluntary/community group, not-for-profit, social enterprise) and are/is looking to build, refurbish or redevelop a property or space, check out the PNE Group's new website 'Places for Everyone'...

Places for Everyone (www.placesforeveryone.org) (http://www.placesforeveryone.org/) aims to provide third sector organisations with the knowledge and understanding they need in order to successfully deliver a capital development project (new builds, refurbishment or redevelopment of property or spaces).

The project's workshops provide an introduction to the capital development process and the one-to-one consultancy support can help organisations to identify need, plan their project, prepare a feasibility study and ultimately undertake a capital development project.

If you're an expert on this subject you can register your details online, or if you need help and advice you can 'Find an Expert or ask a question.

Places for Everyone (http://www.placesforeveryone.org/) has been developed in partnership with PNE Development (http://www.pne.org/development), Development Trusts Association, Mosedale Gillatt Architects and Pentagon Partnership.

The project is sponsored by One North East's (http://www.onenortheast.co.uk/) Third Sector Capacity Fund.
