If you register online with Shell LiveWIRE at www.shell-livewire.org, you can access all of the information within the Be Your Own Boss section. You should then take a look at Sales and Marketing / Press and PR: http://www.shell-livewire.org/beyourownboss/main.php?catid=4&subcatid=13

it has helped me a lot. I have decied to write my own press release but let Press box distribute it.
