Special Delivery with Response

Hi,

Has anyone got experience of setting up with Special Delivery with Response account with the Royal Mail?

Are there any companies that help with the design of the Special Delivery Mail template?

Can the sticky labels be applied to polythene bags?

And any general advice with the application would be great.
