Designer needed for building guide

Hello,

Its been a long time since i have posted here but I know there is lots of talent here so it seemed like a good place to look for a designer.

I am looking for someone to format a guide and add some logos for a building guide for my company. We have lots of working coming up in the future, from web banners to display adverts and everything in between and would like to build a long term relationship.

I know exactly what we want and have examples of what we need.

We are working to quite a tight budget, well actually no budget but we can come up with somthing that suits us both.
