Nope. They've been responding to my emails with no problem and also returning my calls.

Which email address were you using?

Hi Mike

I would rather not discuss matter like this on a public forum, but in this case I would merely like to put our side to ensure our good name is not tarnished.

We have received TWO emails from you. The first was on Monday afternoon asking for details of stationery, we replied with a list of our current deals and links to our stationery products.

The next email we received was on Tues 29th. We replied the same day with a quote and details again of our deals, as well as our design service. You also requested a sample pack which was despatched and received within a few days, you also complimented us on the quality of the print and design.

To date we have received NO FURTHER emails. It is not impossible that you have emailed us and for one reason or another we didn't receive it. On our site we offer TWO contact numbers, an 0845 number that leads to the office AND a mobile number for out of office and as a second line.

We're a friendly bunch here and are available to speak to most hours of the day/night. I receive and answer calls well into the evening regarding print/design and had you called this could have been resolved in an instant!

Email should NEVER be relied upon as a sole line of communication, as its reliability is questionable. Fair enough where a company ONLY offers email support, but we have two other lines of support - land line and mobile.

Best wishes with your print, no hard feelings but in future it would be better to keep personal issues off the public forum until you have exhausted EVERY line of communication as mistake can happen and emails can get lost, but a phone call can never be disputed.

Kind regards

Steve

P.S. If in the future you wish to try our great quality print at low low prices i'll run off 100 complimentary business cards for you to show our good faith and commitment to our customers :)
