Best way to send out a chair sized item ?

Hi guys

Whats the best way to send out a item the same size as a small arm chair ? but not as heavy

also struggling to find packaging for such a sized item, all boxes i can find online seem to be really small, biggest being about 45 inches, by 35 X 35

i find when i cant get a box that fits what i'm sending, which seems to be too often, i just buy a roll of corrugated cardboard and wrap it round with plenty of bubblewrap inside if its likely to damage and loads of parcel tape on the outside, using this method i've posted sets of car tyres and also alloy wheels.
As for the item your sending the size will probably be the limiting factor and potentially the weight as well, i'd look at postvan and there pallet delivery service. or if the products dismantable break it down and send the parts as seperate loads.
