Online Ad Desinger Wanted

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for someone who can design online ads. I'd need a banner (468x60), sky (120x600), MPU (300x250) and a 125x250. Gif versions would be fine, flash would be a bonus.

Can anyone here help? Any recommendations? I'd need to see some examples of previous work and any feedback etc.
