Can someone just clear this up for me....Are hardback, 1st editions of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, AND the Order of the Phoenix worth anything?
Also what about a first edition of the paperback Prisoner of Azkaban with the numbers 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 in it?
I can't seem to find a price list anywhere?

I doubt modern first editions are worth much these days unless they are something special, maybe an autographed mint copy but if you imagine how many hundreds of thousands were released on the first day for the last book.......

I read somewhere the first edition of the first Harry Potter is worth a bit - they didn't print a lot. But the 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc won't be because they'll have printed several billion as the first edition.
But modern first editions can be worth money, it's usually when an unknown author makes it big and the publisher only printed ten copies of the book the first time.

they hold quite a good value!!
take a look on ebay...
... its got that 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 code in it, which means first edition/ first print... the starting bid here is £140, so... umm, not a bad old price
