Making Cocktails

Hi,

After some info,

Does anyone know if there are any guidelines or rules/restrictions on bars/pubs/clubs making cocktails?

Are there any specific guidelines for mixing cocktails such as a testing procedure the drink must pass first? before they are made available for public sale? (such as cocktails available at chains like Wetherspoons)

Yes there are restrictions to what you can and can not do serve.

If you contact your local council and ask about licencing regulation, then they will be able to tell you everything.

OK thanks Matt, so do you know is it independent to the premises? In that there is seprate licensing?

Not too sure what you are asking there mate.

Basically there are some things you can't do, mainly to do with spirits and the amount of alcohol served in one drink.

I am not an expert on this but if you ask your local council or even go into your local pub I am sure they will be able to tell you.
